With Exercise Creator you can create any new exercise you want: "Super High Burpee Squat Jumps".
You can make exercises with repetitions or with timecap. And you can set a metronome beat (accurate to tenths of a second) for each exercise.
Due to the metronome beat, you will achieve a steady execution speed, and thus not overpaced.
